Privacy Policy

This draft explains what information THIRD may process, why it is needed, and the choices available to players.

1. Information we receive

Depending on how you use THIRD, information may include:

  • Account identifiers provided through Sign in with Apple.
  • Your player profile, handle, progression, ratings, and settings.
  • Game results, challenge activity, Battle records, and club participation.
  • Friend, invite, and moderation-related interactions.
  • Purchase entitlement and transaction verification records from Apple.
  • Device, crash, performance, and notification-delivery information.
  • Messages you send to support.

2. How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts and gameplay, maintain fair leaderboards, provide social and club features, verify purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.

3. Sign in with Apple

Apple provides a stable account identifier after a successful sign-in. Your name and relay email may only be supplied the first time you authorize THIRD. THIRD does not receive your Apple ID password.

4. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, notification, analytics, and customer-support providers that help operate THIRD. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect players, or as part of a properly managed business transfer. THIRD does not sell personal information.

5. Public and social information

Handles, display names, ratings, levels, leaderboard placements, and public club information may be visible to other players. Private club membership details are not intended for public discovery pages.

6. Retention and account deletion

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, safety, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Players can request account deletion from the app. Some records may be retained in de-identified or legally required form.

7. Security

THIRD uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and restricted operational access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The launch age rating and any child-specific consent requirements must be confirmed during legal and App Store review. THIRD is not intended to knowingly collect information in violation of applicable child privacy laws.

9. International processing and rights

Information may be processed where THIRD and its providers operate. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information.
