These draft terms describe the rules for accessing and using THIRD.

1. Using THIRD

You may use THIRD for personal, non-commercial play if you follow these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping your device secure.

2. Accounts

Some features require Sign in with Apple. Provide accurate profile information, do not impersonate others, and do not transfer or sell your account. Guest play may be limited to the device and may not be recoverable.

3. Fair and respectful play

You must not:

  • Cheat, automate play, manipulate ratings, or exploit defects.
  • Harass players or use hateful, threatening, or deceptive content.
  • Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload THIRD services.
  • Access another person’s account or evade a restriction.
  • Use THIRD in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

4. Purchases and virtual items

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund terms. Virtual items and entitlements are licensed, not sold, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred unless THIRD explicitly supports it.

5. Content and intellectual property

THIRD, its visual design, software, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited right to use the service. Feedback may be used to improve THIRD without an obligation to compensate you.

6. Changes, availability, and events

Features, game modes, events, rewards, and availability may change. Maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt service. Reasonable care will be taken not to alter completed historical results without a legitimate integrity or safety reason.

7. Enforcement and termination

Access may be limited or disabled when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using THIRD and request account deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, dispute resolution terms, and mandatory regional consumer protections must be prepared during legal review. Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
